“Product” refers to all services and products provided by Book Publishing Author in accordance with your order.
“Order” refers to a request made via phone or email to purchase our services or products. Orders are confirmed through down payments via check, credit card, bank wire transfer, Western Union, or PayPal.

Our Services

By submitting an order and/or payment, you are purchasing the product for your personal use only. All products are non-refundable and come with no warranties, expressed or implied. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before placing an order.

Refund Policy

Please read and understand our refund policy to be fully aware of your rights and limitations under Book Publishing Author’s policies. Refunds are only offered under specific conditions, as outlined below:

Change of Mind

• You are entitled to a 100% refund if the request is made before our writers or editors begin working on your project.
• If you change your mind after placing an order, you can request a refund within the first hour. A 40% processing fee will apply in all other cases.

Incompetent Delivery

• If the delivered work does not meet your requirements, you must first exhaust all available options, including unlimited revisions, reassignments, or rewrites.
• If we are still unable to meet your expectations, a refund will be processed based on mutual agreement and the extent of the issue.
• Alternatively, you may reserve free pages for future use of equal value.

Late Delivery

• We strive for on-time delivery. However, if we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe, you may request a refund after three unsuccessful attempts to contact us. Documentary evidence must prove that the delay was our fault.

Refund Time Frame

• Refund requests must be made within 120 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
• Customers are advised to note the refund deadline at the time of placing their order.

Cases Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued

• Minor technical errors, such as grammar, typos, word count discrepancies, or missing references, do not qualify for a full refund. Partial refunds or future discounts may be offered instead.
• Delays caused by the client will not be eligible for refunds.
• Refunds will not be issued based on subjective opinions about the quality of writing.
